COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

First rub the pork strips with the salt and pepper.

Take a large skillet on high heat.

Add the oil and cook the pork strips in it for 4 minutes.

Return them in a bowl. Keep it warm.

Add unto it, the ginger, garlic and scallion to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Then put on the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.

Add in the bell peppers and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Throw it in the water chestnuts and cabbage and cook until wilted (fade away).

Return the pork strips back to the skillet.

Add into it the rest of the ingredients except for the last two.

At the end garnish it with the cilantro and lime before platter.
